Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.usaskates.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of the date the order is placed or, if there is a delay, you will be notified within that same time frame. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have about the shipping date of your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. In some cases, like international orders and orders for bulk quantities, the charges will not compute automatically and you will notified via email about the shipping charges. You will be notified before your order is processed and before your credit card is charged. There is a handling charge of $4.99 on all orders.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 3 Day Select or Next Day Air service). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Items are never shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays. When calculating delivery time, Saturday and Sunday are excluded.

The following table can be used to calculate shipping rates for orders that are being shipped to an address within the continental United States via UPS Ground.

UPS Ground, normally 3-8 bus. days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days from the day the item is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS 3 Day Select, normally 3 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS 3 Day Select service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days from the day the item is shipped, not including the day the item was shipped out. For example, if the item shipped out on a Monday, it would be delivered on Thursday of that same week. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS 2nd Day Air, normally 2 business days
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS 2 nd Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days from the day the item is shipped, not including the day the item was shipped out. For example, if the item shipped out on a Monday, it would be delivered on Wednesday of that same week. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

UPS Next Day Air, normally 1 business day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1full business day from the day the item is shipped, not including the day the item was shipped out. For example, if the item shipped out on a Monday, it would be delivered on Tuesday of that same week. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii
UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, normally 1 - 3 bus. days
Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 - 3full business days from the day the item is shipped out. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please feel free to contact us for other shipping options.

P.O. Boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is the only delivery option for you, please contact us and we will do our best to make special arrangements for your order. We do not deliver the P.O. Boxes outside of the United States.

Military APO / FPO Addresses
All UPS Delivery Options, normally 1 - 14 bus. days
We are happy to ship to Military APO / FPO addresses. However we can not guarantee delivery times to these addresses.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via USPS unless special arrangements are made. Please feel free to contact us at any time regarding special shipping arrangements for international orders.

We verify credit card billing information on all international orders. This process sometimes takes 7 to 10 business days. Therefore we do not guarantee the shipping time frame for international orders.

Product Returns
All product returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at 877-USA-SK81 or email us at info@usaskates.com for an RA Number. RA Number requests must be received by Usaskates within 20 days of receipt of the product by the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items. The returned products must be in new and un-worn condition and returned in their original and complete packaging. Returned products with missing or damaged packaging, products returned without an RA Number, or any return accepted by Usaskates.com after 20 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NOTE: Skate boxes with shipping labels attached will be considered damaged and a 20% restocking fee WILL BE CHARGED!! The boxes shown below were charged a restocking fee. Please ship your products inside of some type of packaging.


There are no returns or exchanges on used or demo products, skates that have been sharpened or on products that have been used or worn by the customer. For safety and health reasons, skating tights are not a returnable item under any circumstance.

All returns must be sent (with the RA Number) to Usaskates.com, 411 W. Broadway, Suite G, Anaheim, CA 92805. Usaskates.com is not responsible for items that do not have a Return Authorization Number or for items that were shipped to any address other than the one shown above.
