Originally designed to assist Pro level players who wanted to continue to skate while healing ankle and foot injuries. The unique design has been so well received that, although it's an expensive skate, it has become our second most popular model. Because of its complexity, it takes three times the man hours to produce this boot than a conventional boot. This design provides a stiff area around the foot, yet allows for free flexion of the ankles, as well as extra protection.
- Toe cap is "GRILAMID"
- Quarter side panels are of CP93 stiff
- Ankle uppers are leather, semi-attached with fully-attached double thick ankle padding
- Tongue has extra flex insert for additional flexion and helps prevent lace bite.
